If the cause is on our side — a bottle damaged in transit, an order that did not arrive, or a discrepancy between the product and this page — we correct it at our own cost.
Where a return is agreed, our reply will include the return address and the procedure. Do not dispatch anything before you receive them; an unannounced parcel cannot be tied back to your order.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method following receipt of the return. Posting times at your bank or card issuer are beyond our control. Nothing here overrides your statutory rights in the country where you live.
